I founded Maumee Bay Spice Company in July of 1997 to market my “Cola Classic Chili” spice packet and recipe. I’ve sold thousands of the flavorful packs between 1997 and 2004 and won several cookoffs and awards.
I'm sorry to say, I'm stopping all sales and marketing due to unforeseen circumstances until further notice.
I would like to thank everyone who bought my spices and seasonings. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'll be back one of these days, bigger and better, hopefully with a chili parlor/store.
