I founded Maumee Bay Spice Company in July of 1997 on my love for great chili. I’ve made pots and pots of the red gold, taste testing with hundreds of people until I came up with my most desirable recipe. Finally after friends, family and co-workers kept saying “make us some more of that cola-chili,” I decided to market it along with some of my other favorite products.
