~ Cola Classic Chili ~
2 lbs. ground round 1 15oz. can fresh cut tomatoes 1 15oz. can tomato sauce 1 30oz. can chili beans (like Brooks) 1 15oz. can pinto beans 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 6oz. cola (your choice) 3½ cups water 1 Cola Classic Chili Spice Packet (or your own special blend of spices)

Lightly brown meat, drain and add to 5qt. Dutch Oven. Add remaining ingredients.
 This recipe, along with Major Chile’s spice packet, will make 4 quarts of possibly the best chili you’ll ever taste. |

~ Quick “TEX-MEX” Chili ~
2 lbs. ground chuck 1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes
¼ cup chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 cup salsa
1 pkg.(10oz.) frozen corn (thawed)
1 15oz. can pinto beans (rinsed & drained)
4 green onions (chopped)

In a large soup kettle over medium heat, brown ground chuck, onion and garlic until beef is crumbly. Drain off excess juices. Add tomatoes, seasonings and salsa. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 min. Add corn, beans and green onions and cook for 15 minutes.
 Serve with sour cream and grated cheese. |

~ Rosemary Meatloaf ~
1½ lbs. ground chuck ½ lb. ground sausage 1 tsp. ground rosemary ½ tsp. seasoned salt ½ tsp. white pepper ½ cup cracker crumbs ½ cup bread crumbs 1 large egg ½ cup chopped onion
 Mix together all of the above ingredients in a large bowl. Pack into a meatloaf pan. Bake in 325°F oven for 1 hour 20 min. Compliments of Steve Taylor |

~ The Webmaster’s Guacamole ~
Mash 2 Avocados (peeled & pitted) Stir in: 1 tbls. finely chopped onion 1 tbls. lemon juice ½ tsp. Maumee Bay ‘chili powder’ ½ tsp. salt
 Spread ½ cup Hellman’s® Mayonnaise over mixture sealing to edge of bowl. At serving time blend mayonnaise into mixture. |
